Hung on the bone for a minimum of 21 days to give it that beautiful flavour and tenderness. Our Aberdeen Angus & Hereford Cross beef animals are naturally fattened on grass and our homegrown barley. We are not self-sufficient on beef and source the rest of our beef from local farms within the West Country. The centre cut of fillet is perfect for making beef Wellington due to its consistent size.

We will ask for a deposit to be paid, when you place your order with the balance to be paid on collection.

Collection Only – Christmas Meat Orders are for collection from Allington Farm Shop only. Collection dates are 22^nd, 23^rd & 24^th December, select your preferred collection date at the checkout.

The final price will be calculated on the exact weight of the product, so will vary from the price calculated online.
