Hung on the bone for a minimum of 21 days to give it that beautiful flavour and tenderness. Our Aberdeen Angus & Hereford Cross beef animals are naturally fattened on grass and our homegrown barley. We are not self-sufficient on beef and source the rest of our beef from local farms within the West Country.

We will ask for a deposit to be paid, when you place your order with the balance to be paid on collection.

Collection Only – Christmas Meat Orders are for collection from Allington Farm Shop only. Collection dates are 22^nd, 23^rd & 24^th December, select your preferred collection date at the checkout.

The final price will be calculated on the exact weight of the product, so may vary slightly from the price calculated online.
